The oscillating comic shard General Zod and his cornies were imprisoned in Superman II (1980) feels a lot like shiny, supernatural objects John McCracken produced for almost fifty years. The artist left this dimensino in 2011, but his inimitable brand of Martian Minimalism continues to seduce.
