New York shows Houellebecq's art
The French scandal author Michel Houellebecq has presented a selection of his works of art in the USA for the first time.
Dozens of photos and photomontages can be seen in the Venus gallery on the Upper East Side in New York.
The pictures show scenes and montages mainly recorded in Western Europe. The "French Bashing" titled show runs until 4 August. At the opening Houellbecq, gave word-wise autograms.
