From the 18th to 21st of October, Paris will vibrate to the rhythm of the International Fair of Contemporary Art, installed as every year at the Grand Palais and extended outside the walls. Here are 5 appointments not to be missed during these few fays of arty fever. Curious and lovers of beauty, follow the guide.
3. FIAC off the walls
Those who do not have the chance to visit the Grand Palais can also live FIAC, for free, over a course thought outside the walls.
The Jardin des Tuileries will be full of works and sculptures all more explosive than the others, like the giant spheres signed Vladimir Kosma, colorful totems Franz West, or mobiles that defy the gravity of Alexander Calder. While the place de la Concorde will exhibit Claude Parent's rough sculptures and the Eugène-Delacroix Museum will highlight the clay work of Rebecca Warren.
